This is a titamium IWC Aquatimer Split Minute Chronograph IW372301. It has an integral titanium link bracelet with a double deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a screw-down winding crown, a solid case back secured with 8 screws, and engraved in the center is "INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO. – AQUATIMER." It has a rocker switch on the case band at 8 o'clock for adjusting the split-minute function on and off. There is a reset button at 4 o'clock that turns the unidirectional rotating inner black bezel, with it's luminous Arabic numeral 60-minute dive timer and fifteen-minute luminous yellow warning segment. There is a round mushroom chronograph pusher at 2 o'clock. The 44mm diameter solid two-body case, straight lugs, bracelet, and flat bezel are brushed. The dial is black with luminous white and yellow baton steel hands, luminous rectangular indices, and a center sweep chronograph hand with a luminous arrow poin around a luminous minute/one-fifth second scale. A date aperture window is at 6 o'clock. There is a luminous yellow dive hand, and there are three subsidiary dials, including a running seconds indicator at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-minute register at 12 o'clock, each with luminous hands. It has a 44-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 120 meters/400 feet. The 17mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. IWC Aquatimer Split Minute Chronograph IW372301 has a mechanical automatic self-winding IWC caliber 79470 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses côtes embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a micrometer regulator. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
