It has a pull out winding crown, round push button chronograph plungers, and a corrector for the date is at 8 o'clock on the left-side case band. There is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved around the polished perimeter is "EL PRIMERO – 50M – 03.2160.4047," and a serial number. The 45mm diameter solid three-body case, faceted downturned lugs, and stepped ridged bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is silver with a luminous minute/one-tenth second scale, contrasting outer dark silver rim with black minute markers, and applied faceted rhodium plated steel baton hour markers with luminous dot tips. It has faceted rhodium plated steel baton hands with luminous inserts, and a center sweep chronograph second hand with a Zenith star counter balance. Around the perimeter is a tachymeter scale to 500 UPH. There is a unique steel-rimmed cutaway secured with 3 gunmetal blued screws in the dial between 7 and 12 o'clock that exposes the escapement. A small running seconds sub-dial is located at 9 o'clock set into the cutaway display. The Moon and Sun-phase for AM/PM indication sub-dial is located at the 6 o'clock position, and there is a railway-style subsidiary 30-minute counter located at 3 o'clock. There is a large date aperture at 2 o'clock. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and it has a 50-hour power reserve at full wind. The 15.6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
