This is a 904L stainless steel/18K yellow gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust II, 116333. It has an integral stainless steel and 18k Yellow Gold Rolsor tri-link Oyster bracelet, with a screwed-down solid case back and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops magnifying lens over the date aperture at 3 o'clock. The fluted bezel and screwed-down Twinlock double waterproof crown are 18K yellow gold, and the two-body solid 41mm diameter case is polished and brushed,. The instantaneous date has rapid setting, with a stop-seconds mechanism for precision time setting. The dial is black with applied yellow gold Arabic numeral hour markers, and an outer minute/second track. It includes luminous yellow gold baton hands with luminous inserts, and a central sweep seconds hand. It includes a Certified Official Swiss Chronometer (COSC) certification. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and the 11.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3136 movement is rhodium-plated with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It has bidirectional self-winding by the perpetual rotor, and a monobloc middle case. It's constructed with 31 jewels, and a Paraflex shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. It incliudes Microstella regulating screws, a hacking seconds mechanism, and the oscillator has a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring.

The bi-metal watch of stainless steel and 18K gold is named Rolesor, which was registered by Rolex in 1933.
