This is a titanium Chopard L.U.C. 8HF 168554-3001. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a domed glare-proofed scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a matte finished case back that has a sapphire glass aperture over the high-frequency escapement. It has a screw-down winding crown, and the 42mm diameter solid three-body case, monobloc lugs with open holes for bracelet pin access, and stepped bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is slate silver with luminous "double arrow" hour markers around a perimeter minute scale on a raised tier reserve, and it has luminous epee hands. There is a date aperture window between 5 and 6 o'clock, and it has one large black subsidiary running seconds dial with a red indicator hand and red numerals at the quarter-minutes. The Chopard L.U.C. caliber 01.06-L movement is the first to have a high-frequency escapement that has a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating. It has a 7-Days/60-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 11.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The Chopard L.U.C. 8HF 168554-3001 has an automatic self-winding Chopard Caliber 01.06-L high-frequency movement. The bridges are adorned with Côtes de Genève and circular-graining embellishment. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 57,600 vph (8Hz), producing a 7-Day power reserve even though there is only one barrel. It's constructed with 24 jewels, 204 components, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions. It has a shock absorber device, a self-compensating flat balance spring, a four-spoke balance wheel, and a micro-regulator. There is a silicon/steel impulse-pin, lever, and escape wheel.

The Chopard L.U.C. 8HF 168554-3001 was introduced at Basel World in 2012, and it was produced in a limited edition of only 100 examples.
