This is an 18k yellow gold Blancpain 2000 Power Reserve 1106-1418-55. It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold Blancpain tang buckle, and a scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. There is a solid case back engraved with "Blancpain," and an edition number. The 36mm diameter solid three-body case, straight "dove's head" lugs, and stepped bezel are polished. The dial is white enamel with polished sword hands with luminous inserts, applied gold Arabic numeral hour markers and luminous dot indices, and a perimeter minute scale. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. It has a recessed white subsidiary dial with running small seconds at 6 o'clock, and a hemispherical 100-hour power reserve indicator at 4 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 8.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Blancpain 2000 Power Reserve 1106-1418-55 has a mechanical manual winding Blancpain caliber 1106 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses côtes embellishment. It's constructed with 23 jewels, 148 components, a shock absorber device, and twin mainspring barrels run in series. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions. There is a self-compensating flat balance-spring, and a gold rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
