This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Power Reserve Moonphase, 5055R. It has an integrated 18K rose gold bracelet with a double deployant clasp, a scratch resistant sapphire crystal a sapphire crystal, and a screwed-down exhibition sapphire crystal case back. The 36mm diameter solid two-body case, sloped bezel, and straight lapidated lugs are polished. The dial is salmon with applied rose gold radial Arabic numerals, luminous rose gold baton hands, an outer railway-style minute chapter ring, and square index markers. There is an off-center moon phase surrounded by the days of the month between 6 and 8 o'clock, a fan-shaped up-and-down power reserve indicator between 10 and 11 o'clock, and a subsidiary constant small seconds dial between 4 and 5 o'clock. It's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet, and the 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic caliber 240/164 movement is rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it has the quality stamp of the Seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 29 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and the patented Patek Gyromax balance adjusted for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions. It has a shock absorber a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, and a 22K yellow gold micro-rotor. Patek Philippe introduced their first moon phase complication in 1927. This watch was first produced in 1998.
