This is an 18k rose gold Vacheron & Constantin Patrimony Extra Thin 33093/3. It has a leather strap with an 18k rose gold Vacheron Maltese cross tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull out fluted winding crown, and a snap down exhibition sapphire display case back engraved with "VACHERON & CONSTANTIN-GENEVE," several hallmarks, and serial numbers. The 31mm diameter solid two-body case, curved lugs, and flat angled bezel are polished. The dial is white with painted black Roman numeral hour markers, blued feuille hands, and an applied gold Vacheron Maltese Cross at 12 o'clock. It has a 31-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 5,5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron & Constantin Patrimony Extra Thin 33093/3 has a mechanical manual winding Vacheron caliber 1003/2 movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 18 jewels, 117 components, and a shock absorber device. It includes the quality seal of Geneva, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions. There is a micrometer regulator, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 18,000 vph (2.5 Hz). The Vacheron & Constantin Patrimony Extra Thin 33093/3 was introduced in the late 1990's, and it was produced until the early 2000's.
