This is an 18K white gold Roger Dubuis S37 Sympathie Chronograph, S3756094,. It has a leather strap with a matching 18K white gold tang buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a faceted brushed exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 screws, and a pull out winding crown. The 37mm by 47mm "carr�e cambr�e" (square cambered) solid three-body case, downturned lugs with screwed gold bars, and rounded sculptural bezel are polished. The black dial has stylized Breguet-type Arabic numeral hour markers, white gold dauphine hands, and a white gold center sweep seconds hand. There is an outer ring with white minute divisions, as well as a tachymeter scale in the outermost track. There are two oval chronograph push buttons, a subsidiary dial at 9 o'clock for constant seconds, and another at three o'clock for the 30-minute indicator. The manual winding Roger Dubuis caliber 56 movement is rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 25 jewels, and it has the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a shock absorber mechanism.
