It has a signed pull-out winding crown, a rectangular push-button for the date on the left-side case band at 10 o’clock, and there is an exhibition sapphire crystal display case back secured with 6 screws and engraved with “A. LANGE & SOHNE – GLASHUTTE S.A., hallmarks, and a serial number. The 42mm diameter two-body case, curved lugs, and convex bezel, are polished. The dial is silver with 18k rose gold dagger-style hour and minute hands on the large white off-center recessed time dial at 9 o’clock, applied gold Roman numeral hour markers at the quarter hours, and diamond-shaped hour indices with an outer black railway-style minute/hour scale. There is a large gold framed double aperture date window at 1 o’clock, an arched outer up-down power reserve indicator with a rose gold dagger-style indicator hand between 2 and 3 o’clock, and a large circular recessed white small constant running seconds dial with an outer railway-style scale and a gold indicator hand with an open worked diamond-shape counterbalance. It has a 72-hour power reserve at full winding, it’s water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 11mm thick dial, case, and movement are all signed. This A.
