This is an 18k 5N rose gold Vacheron Constantin Patrimony, 1110U/000R-B085. It has a brown alligator strap with an 18K 5N rose gold ardillon tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 42mm diameter solid two-body case, curved bezel, and downturned lugs are polished. The movement is visible through the transparent caseback. The dial is matte silver with applied rose gold baton hour index markers, and gold epee hands. There are gold dots marking the minutes and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. It has a power reserve of 65-hours at full wind, and the 7.65mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron & Constantin Patrimony Traditionnelle 1110U/000R-B085 has a mechanical manual winding Vacheron & Constantin caliber 4400 AS movement that's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment and the coates de Geneve pattern. It's stamped with the Geneva quality hallmark, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, 127 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). To help commemorate their third century in watchmaking, Vacheron Constantin introduced the Patrimony collection in 2000. These were some of the thinnest mechanical watches in the world, and this Traditionnelle with just hours and minutes is an homage to those first examples.
