This is a stainless steel Patek Philippe Nautilus 5800/1A-001 Tiffany & Co. It has an integral stainless steel link bracelet with a double folding deployment clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw down winding crown with a crown guard, and a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back. The 38.4mm by 33.2mm cushion-shaped solid two-body case, downturned lugs, bracelet, and flat bezel, are brushed/polished. The dial is blue with a horizontal striped pattern, applied faceted steel hour markers with luminous inserts, and a steel dot minute/second scale around the perimeter. The dial has been stamped by Tiffany & Co in New York and is only one of 5 5800 examples bearing this signature. It has steel baton hands with luminous inserts, and a center sweep seconds hand. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 120 meters/400 feet, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind. The 8.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Nautilus 5800/1A-001 has a mechanical automatic winding 330 SC movement that's rhodium-plated with fausses côtes embellishment, and it's stamped with the quality mark of the Seal of Geneva. It's built with 29 jewels, 217 parts, a shock absorber device, and a 21K gold rotor with the Calatrava symbol. It has a straight-line lever escapement, the patented Patek Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
