It has a pull out signed winding crown with a blue enamel UN logo, and an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws, engraved with "LUDOVICO PERPETUAL – 330-40," several hallmarks, and an edition/serial number. It's also signed on the left-side case band with "ULYSSE NARDIN." The 38.5mm by 43mm barrel-shaped tonneau solid two-body case, straight lugs, bracelet, and rounded barrel-shaped bezel, are polished/brushed. It has a blue dial with silver Roman numeral hour markers surrounding an oval-shaped white luminous railway-style minute scale. There are luminous gold sword hands, there is a double window big date aperture at 1 o'clock, and there are twin aperture windows for the day between 8 and 9 o'clock, and the month between 3 and 4 o'clock. It also has a double window aperture at 6 o'clock for the last two digits of the year. It has a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating, and it has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and the 14.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Ulysse Nardin Ludovico Perpetual 330-40 has a mechanical automatic Ulysse Nardin caliber UN-33 Ludwig perpetual calendar movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 34 jewels, blued screws, a shock absorber system and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Ulysse Nardin Perpetual 330-40 was originally debuted in 1996, and the Ludovico was introduced in limited edition of 250 examples in the 2000's.
