It includes a Triplock double water resistant winding crown, and a screw-down solid case back. The 36mm diameter solid three-body case, fluted 18K rose gold bezel, gently curved lugs, and bracelet are polished/brushed. It has a silver dial with sunray patterning, with ten fine rose gold chaton-set diamond hour indices, gold baton hands, and a steel center sweep seconds hand. There is a date aperture window at 3 o'clock underneath a Cyclops magnification lens, and it's rated as a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC). It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and it has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind. The 11.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 116231 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3135 movement that's rhodium-plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, It has Microstella regulating screws, a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring, and a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting.
