31364 Rolex 1803 Oyster Perpetual Day Date Oxblood Stella Dial, 18K yellow gold case on an 18K yellow gold bracelet that the original owner had made for the watch, automatic movement, date, Spanish day wheel, COSC, non-quick set, centered sweep seconds hand, original "oxblood" colored Stella dial with applied indices, lume plots are full and intact, luminous hands, acrylic crystal, 163xxxx serial (circa 1967), diameter: 36mm, thickness: 12mm. Excellent Condition with original Rolex box, hang-tag, booklets, chronometer certification, and warranty papers dated May of 1968. This watch was purchased from the grandson of the original owner who received the watch to commemorate 25 years of service with his employer. This watch was just fully serviced.

This is a vintage c. 1967 18K yellow gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 1803 Oxblood Stella dial. It has an 18k yellow gold President-style bracelet with a double folding deployant clasp that the original owner had custom-made for the watch, and an acrylic crystal. It has a screw down Twinlock winding crown, and a screw down solid case back. The 36mm diameter solid three body case, fluted bezel, and bracelet are polished/brushed. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position underneath a Cyclops magnifier bubble, and an arched gold-rimmed indicator at 12 o'clock for the completely spelled day of the week in Spanish. The dial is an oxblood red Stella dial. It has a central sweep seconds hand and gold baton minute and hour hands with luminous inserts. It includes the Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) certificate, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 1803 Oxblood Stella dial has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 1556 movement that's rhodium-plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 26 jewels, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions and temperature, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. There are Microstella regulating screws, and a hacking seconds mechanism.

This watch was purchased from the grandson of the original owner who received the watch in 1968 to celebrate 25 years of employment.
