This is a stainless steel Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Grande Sun Moon 304.84.20. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel double folding deployment buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coatings. It has a pull out winding crown, and on the reverse side is an exhibition sapphire display case back engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – DUO SPRING BARRELS – TWENTY-FIVE (25) JEWELS – 873," a serial number, the gold movement wheels, and blued screws and rubies mapped out on an imaginary sky with engraved stars. The larger 29mm by 46.5mm (including lugs) solid 5-body case, straight hooded lugs, and striated rounded art deco design bezel, are polished/brushed. It has a silver dial with a rectangular guilloche center surrounded by a black minute scale, and blued Dauphine hands. It includes black Arabic numeral hour markers, and between 10 and 11 o'clock is a fan-shaped guilloche 8-day, 192-hour power reserve indicator with a blued sword hand, marked "RESERVE 8 JOURS." There is a hemispherical color day/night aperture window between 1 and 2 o'clock, and between 3 and 6 o'clock is a larger recessed silver/color moon phase subsidiary dial with a running constant small seconds indicator and a blued sword hand. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Grande Sun Moon 304.84.20 has a mechanical manual winding JLC caliber 873 hand-embellished movement with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and perlage on the inner side. It's constructed with 25 jewels, 213 components, dual spring barrels mounted in series, and an anti-shock device. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a micrometer regulator. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
