This is a Titanium IWC Ingenieur Double Chronograph IW386503. It has a composite rubber strap with a titanium tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both surfaces. It has a rubber-clad screw down signed winding crown with rubber protectors, twin angled rectangular Titanium and rubber chronograph push buttons, a matching push button for the split second chronograph (rattrapante) on the left-side case band at 10 o'clock, and there is a screw down solid case back engraved with "INGENIEUR – INTERNATIONAL WATCH CO.," and a serial number. The 45mm diameter barrel-shaped solid case, hooded and screwed lugs, and angled flat bezel with five rubber-coated face screws, are polished/brushed. The dial is black with applied luminous Titanium baton hour indices around a luminous white minute/second scale. The perimeter flange has a blue Arabic numeral 60-minute scale, and there are skeletonized Titanium baton hands with luminous inserts. There is a center sweep chronograph seconds hand with a blue arrow tip, and there is a single aperture window at 3 o'clock with a crown-activated rapid advance day and date. It has three recessed black subsidiary dials with luminous white markers, Arabic numerals, and Titanium indicator hands, including a running small constant seconds dial at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-minute totalizer at 12 o'clock. It's water resistant to 120 meters/400 feet, it has a 44-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 16mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This IWC Ingenieur Double Chronograph IW386503 has a mechanical automatic self-winding IWC caliber 79420 (based on the ETA 7750) chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated and has a soft iron inner case for protection against magnetic fields. It's constructed with 29 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, an anti-shock device, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
