This is a stainless steel Glashutte Original Senator Hand Date 39-58-02-02-04. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull out signed winding crown, and there is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 5 screws, and it's engraved with "GLASHUTTE ORIGINAL – 5 BAR – ST. STEEL. The 40mm diameter solid two-body case, gently curved lugs, and angled stepped bezel, are polished. The dial is two-tone silver with applied faceted steel square and baton hour indices around a perimeter black minute scale. It has steel pointed epee hands with luminous inserts, and there are twin recessed silver guilloche subsidiary dials with black markers, Arabic numerals, and steel indicator hands, including a constant running seconds register at 9 o'clock, and there is a radial date dial with a steel indicator hand at 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, it has a 40-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 11.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Glashutte Original Senator Hand Date 39-58-02-02-04 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Glashutte caliber 39-58 (base Glashutte Original caliber 39-22) movement that's rhodium plated, with Cote de Geneve embellishment, hand engraving, and beveled component edges. It's constructed with 35 jewels, a shock absorber device, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, a swan-neck regulator, a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting, and a skeletonized heavy metal rotor segment. The movement oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
