This is an 18k white gold Breguet 3290BB. It has an alligator leather strap with a breguet white gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw down signed winding crown, and a solid case back secured with 6 screws, engraved with BREGUET – 4679 I," hallmarks, and a reference number. The 32.6mm diameter solid two-body case, straight screwed lugs, and convex bezel, are polished. The case band is coin-edged, and the dial has a silver guilloche center with an outer brushed silver reserve with black Roman numeral hour markers around a perimeter dot minute scale. It has blued Breguet hands, and there is a recessed subsidiary dial with a silver guilloche center and an outer, brushed reserve with black Arabic numerals and a blued indicator hand at 6 o'clock for the running constant small seconds. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 38-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Breguet 3290BB has a mechanical manual winding Breguet caliber 818/5 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses-côtes embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and an anti shock device. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance-spring, an index regulator, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
