This is a stainless steel IWC Portuguese Regulator Vintage Collection IW544401. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured by 6 screws, and engraved with the serial number. The 43mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and cupped bezel are polished. The dial is silver with an off-center time dial at 12 o'clock with applied blued steel Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, and a blued epee indicator hand. There is a running seconds subsidiary dial at the 6 o'clock position, and there is a railway-style 60-minute scale around the perimeter with Arabic numerals every 5 minutes, indicated by a center blued steel feuille hand. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 46-hour power reserve at full wind. The 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This IWC Portuguese Regulator Vintage Collection IW544401 has a mechanical manual winding IWC caliber 98245 movement with oeil-de-perdrix and fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 22 jewels (several mounted in gold chatons), a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating Breguet balance spring, and a large index regulator with an engraved scale on the train plate. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 18,000 vph (2.5Hz).
