This is a darkened stainless steel Sinn U2 EZM 5. It has a leather strap with stitched red accents, a stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. It has a signed screw down winding crown positioned at 4 o'clock to avoid pressure on the hand, and there is a screw down solid case back engraved with "SINN – DEUTSCHER U-BOOT – STAHL – SEEWASSERBESTANDIG – UT – 2000 M." The 44mm diameter solid two-body bead-blasted case, downturned lugs, and knurled unidirectional rotating bezel with Tegiment scratch-resistant technology, are satin/polished. The flat bezel has red minute markers, black Arabic numeral dive times every 5 minutes, and a luminous white dive triangle at 12 o'clock. The dial is black with white hour indices around a white minute/second scale. Inside is a red 12-hour GMT second time zone scale with a center sweep black sword indicator and a red arrow tip. It has white luminous sword hands, a red/white center sweep seconds hand, and there is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. It has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 2000 meters/6600 feet, and the 15.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Sinn U2 EZM 5 has a mechanical automatic self-winding ETA 2893-2 movement. It's rhodium plated with Arabesque wave embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, an Incabloc anti-shock device, and it's anti-magnetic as per DIN 8308 specifications. It has a Glucydur monometallic balance, a rapid reset date function, and a stop seconds function for precision time setting. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). Sinn utilizes special synthetic oil and high-tolerance components to guarantee accuracy at temperatures from minus 45 to plus 80 degrees Celsius. The case is filled with a protective gas, with three drying capsules keep the interior dry. It also has dehumidifying technology to prevent fogging of the crystal. The Sinn U2 EZM 5 was introduced in 2018.
