Patek Philippe 5004 5004P 5004P-033 Perpetual Calendar Split Second Chronograph, 5004P, platinum case on an alligator strap with a platinum deployant buckle, the case appears to be in original condition with bevels and hallmarks clear and bold, manual wind Patek Philippe 27-70Q movement with the Geneva seal, 60 hour power reserve, gorgeous black dial with diamond markers, perpetual calendar function (English) with day, date, moon phase and leap year indicators, gold leaf hands, size 37mm, thickness 15mm. This watch, it's setting pin, and case back are sealed. The watch is accompanied by the original box and papers dated May of 2006. The watch appears to have been worn only a handful of times.

This is a platinum Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Split Second Chronograph 5004P-033. It has an alligator leather strap with a platinum tang buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has pump style chronograph push buttons, and a co-axial pushbutton in the crown for the split-seconds function. There is an exhibition screwed-down sapphire display case back, and a case band with 4 correctors for the calendar functions. The 37mm diameter solid three-body case, fluted lugs, and stepped angled bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is black with diamond-set hour markers and white gold feuille hands. It includes a white luminous 1/5 second/minute outer track, and the perpetual calendar is in English. The day and month aperture windows are at the 12 o'clock position, and there three black recessed subsidiary dials with luminous white Arabic numerals, markers, and white gold indicator hands, including a 30-minute chronograph totalizer with a leap-year cycle at 3 o'clock, a moon phase sub dial at 6 o'clock with a radial date scale, and there is a combination small seconds dial with an inner 24-hour time at 9 o'clock. Its water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 60-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 15mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Split Second Chronograph 5004P-033 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber 27-70Q movement that's rhodium plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 28 jewels, 10 bridges, and 407 components. It has a Glucydor Gyromax balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions, a self-compensating Breguet balance spring, and a shock absorber mechanism. It's stamped with both the Geneva quality seal and the Patek Philippe seal. It oscillates at a frequency of 18,000 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Split Second Chronograph 5004P-033 was introduced in 1996.
