It has a composite rubber "tire tread" pattern strap with a stainless steel tang buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It includes angled rectangular chronograph push buttons, a screw down signed winding crown with crown guards, and there is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 screws, and it's engraved with "MILLE MIGLIA – GT XL – 16/8459 – 100M/330 FEET" The 44mm diameter solid three-body case, gently curved lugs, and angled bezel with a black tachymeter scale to 240 UPH, are polished/brushed. The dial is black with a perimeter white luminous 60-minute scale with Arabic numerals every five minutes/seconds, and it has large white luminous Arabic numerals at the half –hours. There is an inner red dot second scale with luminous "shield" lozenge hour indices, it has pointed steel baton hands with luminous inserts, and it has a steel center sweep seconds hand with a red arrow tip. There is a circular date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position, and it has three recessed black subsidiary dials with raised rims, luminous white Arabic numerals and markers, and steel indicator hands, including a running small constant seconds register with a red scale at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-minute totalizer at 12 o'clock. It includes a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, it has a 46-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Chopard Mille Miglia Gran Turismo GT XL Chronograph 16/8459-3001 has a mechanical automatic ETA-Valgranges caliber A07.211 (base ETA caliber 7750) chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve and perlage embellishment, and it's constructed with 24 jewels, blued screws, an anti shock device, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
