This is an 18K yellow gold Rolex Submariner 16618. It has an integral Rolex 18K yellow gold Oyster bracelet and a folding deployant clasp. The solid three-body 40 mm. diameter case is polished and brushed with a screwed down case back and Triplock winding crown protected by a crown guard. The graduated unidirectional revolving bezel is black with Arabic numerals for the decompression times to 60-minutes. It has a black dial with luminous dot, triangle, and baton index hour markers, luminous yellow gold "Mercedes" hands, minute and second outer track divisions, and a sapphire scratch resistant crystal with a Cyclops lens for the date aperture at 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 330 meters/1,000 feet, and the 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Rolex Submariner 16618 automatic has a mechanical self-winding Rolex caliber 3135 movement that's rhodium plated with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions. It has a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, and a central hacking seconds device. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph. Rolex debuted their first submariner in 1953, and this Rolex Submariner 16618 was produced in 2007.
