This is a 1989 18K white gold Patek Philippe Calatrava 3796. It includes an alligator leather strap with a matching gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a signed pull out winding crown, and a snap down solid case back with a thumb flip and hallmarks. The 30.5mm solid two-body solid case, curved lugs, and stepped flat bezel, are polished/brushed. It includes an ivory white dial with gold dauphine sword hands, and "boat shaped" applied baton hour markers, surrounded by an outer raised pip minute track. It has an ivory white subsidiary small constant running seconds dial at 6 o'clock with black markers and a gold indicator hand. It's water resistant to 30 meters, it has a 44-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 7mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Patek Philippe Calatrava 3796 has a mechanical manual winding caliber 215 movement that's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment; it's stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark. It's constructed with 5 bridges, 130 components, 18 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, a straight-line lever escapement, and a self-compensating flat Spiromax balance spring. It has the patented Patek Philippe Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and 5 positions. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
