This is a platinum A. Lange & Sohne Saxonia Annual Calendar, reference 330.025. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching platinum tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a transparent sapphire display case back secured with 6 screws. The 38.5mm solid three-body case, rounded bezel, and downturned lugs are polished. The dial is solid silver, with applied white gold baton and luminous cabochon hour indices, white gold epee hands, and a perimeter minute track. There is a subsidiary dial for the month at the 3 o'clock position, and a sub dial for constant seconds with a zero reset function and the moon phases at 6. There is a day register at 9 o'clock, and a large date aperture window is at 12 o'clock. The annual calendar only has 24 hours of error over a period of 122 years. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 46-hour power reserve at full wind. The 9.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding A. Lange & Sohne Caliber L085.1 SAX-0-MAT movement is Glashütte 3/4 plate in German silver, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 43 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance spring, a swan neck micrometer regulator, and a 21K gold micro-rotor with a platinum segment. It includes a hand-engraved balance bridge, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
