This is an 18k rose gold Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 25th Anniversary Nick Faldo 15097OR.OO.0789OR.01. It has an integral 18k rose gold link bracelet with a deployant clasp. The solid 36mm diameter two-body strongbox case is polished and brushed, with an octagonal bezel screwed down by 8 hexagonal nuts; the case back is also secured by 8 screws and it's engraved with "ROYAL OAK – LIMITED EDITION," hallmarks and a serial number. It has downturned integral lugs, a bi-directional screw down hexagonal winding crown, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The dial is silver-grey with AP's signature Petite Tapisserie decoration, luminous gold applied baton hour index markers, with an applied AP logo at 12 o'clock, gold Royal Oak baton hands, a center sweep second hand, and a black perimeter plain reserve with minute/seconds divisions. There is an aperture for the date at the 3 o'clock position and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 7.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It's constructed with 40 jewels, 280 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance with variable inertia blocks, and a self-compensating flat balance-spring. It has a 22K gold monobloc oscillating weight with ceramic ball bearings, and the bevels on the bridges are diamond graved. It has a stop balance for setting the time, and the balance wheel oscillates at 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
