The blue dial has the grande tapisserie waffle decoration, luminous applied steel faceted baton index hour markers, luminous steel baton hands, and a white perimeter track with second and minute divisions. The date aperture is at 3 o'clock. It has a signed screwed-down hexagonal winding crown, it's water resistant to 50 meters, and there is a power reserve of 60-hours at full winding. It's constructed with 40 jewels, 280 components, a shock absorber system, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a stop balance for precision time setting, a monometallic balance adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a self-compensating flat balance-spring with variable inertia blocks, a screwed mobile stud holder, and a 22K rose gold rotor oscillating weight with ceramic ball bearings and the Audemars Piquet crests and emblem.
