This is an 18k yellow gold Cartier Collection Privee Cartier Paris "CPCP" Tank Americaine 1735B. It includes an alligator leather strap with 18k yellow gold folding deployment buckle and a curved scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull-out octagonal winding crown set with a sapphire cabochon and a solid curved case back secured with 8 screws and it's engraved with "CARTIER - MECANIQUE – 18K – 1735B – SWISS MADE," and a serial number. The 26.5mm by 45mm (including the lugs) solid two-body case, curved screwed lugs, and convex curved bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is silver sunray guilloche with black Roman numeral hour markers (with the "secret signature" in the VII) around a black railway-style minute/hour scale. It includes blued Cartier dauphine hour and minute hands. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 43-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 7.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Collection Privee Cartier Paris "CPCP" Tank Americaine 1735 has a mechanical manual winding Cartier caliber 430MC (Piaget 430P) movement. It's rhodium-plated, with special Cartier embellishment, and it has 18 jewels, 131 components, and a shock absorber device. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
