This is an 18K yellow gold Cartier Tank Cintrée 150th Anniversary Limited Edition WGTA0057. It has a calfskin leather strap with an 18K yellow gold tang buckle and a curved scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire, a curved solid case back secured with 4 gold screws in the case bands, and engraved with "CARTIER – MECHANIQUE – SWISS MADE – 2718," an edition number, and hallmarks. The 23mm by 46.3mm (including lugs) solid two-body curved rectangular case, screwed curved lugs, and flat curved bezel, are polished and brushed. The curved dial is matte cream with painted black "exploding" radial Roman numerals, a chemin-de-fer style black inner minute track, and blued steel Breguet hands. The 6.4mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Tank Cintrée 150th Anniversary Limited Edition WGTA0057 has a mechanical manual-wind Cartier caliber 9780 MC movement. It's rhodium-plated with bridges decorated with the Cartier double C logo pattern. It's constructed with 19 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
