This is an 18k white gold Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duoface 270354. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There are two complete watches: On one side is a black dial with a rectangular guilloche center, applied white gold Arabic numeral hour markers at 3, 9, and 12 o'clock, and applied faceted dart hour indices around a rectangular inner luminous white minute scale. There is a round pusher that can independently forward the hour on the right side case band, and it has white gold faceted sword hands, and a rectangular subsidiary small seconds dial with a rectangular white constant small seconds dial, and a white gold indicator hand at the 6 o'clock position. The reverse face is salmon guilloche with a recessed off center scalloped sunray guilloche inner circle, black outlined gold Arabic numerals at 3, 9, and 12 o'clock, and applied faceted white gold dart hour indices around a brushed gold reserve. It includes luminous gold sword hands, and there are twin rectangular night and day windows bracing a round guilloche 24-hour second time zone subsidiary dial with black Arabic numerals on a brushed gold recessed reserve, and a gold arrow-shaped indicator hand at 6 o'clock. The 26mm by 36mm (without lugs) solid five-body rectangular art-nouveau tonneau-style case, rounded and striated art deco style bezel, and straight lugs are polished. It's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet, it has a 45-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duoface 270354 has a mechanical manual winding Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 854 (base JLC caliber 849) movement, with fausses cotes and engine-turned embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, 185 components, and a shock absorber device. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
