This is a stainless steel Jaeger LeCoultre Master Reserve de Marche, Q1378420. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle. The solid, 39mm diameter, three-body case, angled bezel, and downturned lugs are polished and the winding crown sets the hours and minutes. There is a scratchproof sapphire crystal with a sapphire display case back with 4 screws. The dial is silver with steel dauphine hands, applied rhodium-plated dart hour index markers, and luminous minute dots. A subsidiary arc dial for the 43-hour power reserve is between 9 and 10 o'clock, and a subsidiary small seconds dial is at 6. The day of the month aperture is between 1 and 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 50 meters (165 feet).

The Jaeger LeCoultre self-winding automatic caliber 938 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 41 jewels, 273 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance adjusted to 6 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at 28,800 vph (4 Hz). It has a micrometer regulator, a platinum sector rotor, and the 10mm ultra-thin case, dial and movement are all signed.
