The 44mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and flat angled bezel are polished/brushed. The matte black "sandwich" dial has luminous Arabic numeral hour markers at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, and luminous steel baton indexes. It includes luminous steel baton hands, and a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. There is a constant small seconds subsidiary dial at 9 o'clock. It's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet, and it has a 3-day (72-hour) power reserve at full wind. The 18mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 PAM 00312 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Panerai caliber 9000 movement. It's rhodium-plated, and it has an Incabloc® anti-shock device. It's constructed with 28 jewels, 197 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and two barrels. It includes a monometallic Glucydur® balance that's adjusted for heat, cold, and 5 positiions, and a bidirectional single piece rotor with an automatic ratchet device. It has a balance wheel with adjusting screws, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 PAM 00312 is made from AISI 316L stainless steel that's extremely resistant to corrosion and hypoallergenic when in contact with the skin.
