It has the patented lever-activated screw down winding crown guard with luminous arcs and there is a Titanium DLC-coated screw down solid case back engraved with "PANERAI – LUMINOR – 300M – CARBOTECH TI CASE BACK," and serial numbers. The 44mm diameter solid two-body cushion-shaped square case, gently curved lugs, and flat angled black ceramic bezel, are "sunburst" satin black Carbotech. It includes a black "sandwich" dial with luminous Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, luminous baton hour indices, and there is a luminous sandwich constant running small seconds black subsidiary dial at the 3 o'clock position. It has pointed black luminous baton hour and minute hands and a 72-hour power reserve at full winding. It's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet and the 14.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Panerai Luminor 1950 PAM01118 has a mechanical automatic self-winding in-house Panerai caliber P.9010 movement. It's rhodium plated and it's constructed with 31 jewels, 200 components, twin spring barrels mounted in series wound by a bi-directional oscillating weight, a monometallic Glucydur balance that's adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions, a stop-seconds function for precision time setting, and an Incabloc anti-shock device. It includes a balance wheel with adjusting screws and a stop seconds device for precision time setting. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Panerai Luminor 1950 PAM01118 was introduced in 2020 in a Limited Edition of 270 examples. It commemorated the 70th anniversary of the original Panerai Luminor.
