The 38mm diameter three-body, polished solid case has a wide, sloped, flat bezel, and is set with 141 diamonds totaling 1.28 carats with a display sapphire crystal. The push in crown is set with 14 diamonds totaling .06 carats. The dial is blue with applied white gold Arabic numerals, a rail road perimeter minute scale, and white gold feuille hands with a white gold gold center sweep seconds hand. It has twin subdials at 12 o'clock displaying the day and month, with a moon phase and date window at 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 11mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Annual Calendar 4947G has a mechanical Patek Philippe automatic self-winding caliber 324 S QA LU movement that's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment, with the Patek Philippe quality hallmark. It's constructed with 34 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and the patented Gyromax balance that adjusts for cold, heat, isochronism, and for five positions. It has a shock absorber, a 21K gold rotor, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
