The crown is at 3 o'clock for winding and time setting, and it features two time zones with push buttons at 8 and 10 o'clock for independently adjusting the hour hand for different zones. The dial is white with black printed Breguet Arabic numeral hour marker indexes, and an outer minute track. It has oxidized gold feuille hands and a yellow gold hand for the secondary time zone. There is a 24-hour second time zone subsidiary dial at 12 o'clock, and a small seconds aperture at 6 o'clock. It's water resistant to 2.5 atm., and the case, dial, and movement are all signed. The manual winding Patek Philippe caliber 215/156 movement is rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark.
