This is a rose gold Patek Philippe 10-Day Tourbillon Gondolo 5101R-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a rose gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant curved sapphire crystal. It includes a signed pull-out winding crown and an exhibition display sapphire case back secured by 4 screws with hallmarks underneath each lug. The 30mm by 51mm two-body, three-stepped tonneau art deco case, curved bezel, and integral hooded lugs are polished. There is a hidden tourbillon regulator that rotates around its axis once every minute and can be viewed through the exhibition case back. The dial is silver with applied rose gold Breguet-style Arabic numeral hour markers surrounded by a black perimeter railroad-style minute track, and rose gold feuille leaf hands. It has two recessed subsidiary dials with black scales including a small constant seconds tourbillon dial at 6 o'clock, and a 10-day (240-hour) power reserve at 12 o'clock with a red warning sector. It includes a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating and it's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet. The 12.2mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. The Patek Philippe 10-Day Tourbillon Gondolo 5101R-001 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber TO 28-20 REC 10J PS IRM caliber movement that's stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it has tandem mainspring barrels for the 10-day power-reserve. It's constructed with 29 jewels, 6 of which are set in gold chatons, and a lateral lever escapement with a one-minute tourbillon regulator with an A-shaped cage under a polished steel bridge. It includes a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, a shock absorber mechanism, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The Patek Philippe 10-Day Tourbillon Gondolo 5101R-001 was introduced in 2007 and it was produced until 2014.
