More about Calatrava 5127G Automatic 18K White Gold

This is an 18K white gold Patek Philippe Calatrava, 5127G. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is an exhibition screwed-down sapphire display case back for viewing the Calatrava logo on the rotor, and a screwed-down winding crown. The 38mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lugs, and rounded bezel are polished. There is a gold-rimmed aperture window for the date at the 3 o'clock position. The dial is silver with yellow gold dauphine hands, applied faceted gold baton hour index markers, and a center sweep seconds hand. There is an outer minute/second dot track. It's water resistant to 25 meters/75 feet, and it has a 45-hour power reserve at full wind. The 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Calatrava 5127g has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 324 SC movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment and the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 29 jewels, 213 components, a Gyromax monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, 6 bridges, and a 22k yellow gold oscillating weight with cotes de Geneve embellishment and a Calatrava logo. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The 5127G was produced from 2005 to 2012, and is an homage to the original classic 1932 Calatrava.
