This is an 18k rose gold Romain Gauthier Prestige HMS Ten Piece Unique MON00060. It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold tang buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It's manually wound through the more efficient integral case back crown with the large diameter and undulating profile allow effortless winding. It includes an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 6 screws with hallmarks underneath the lugs. The 41mm diameter round two-body case, curved lugs, and stepped convex bezel, are polished. The dial is grained blue with an offset time dial with rose gold applied Arabic numeral hour markers surrounding a gold minute scale and flanked by guilloche "wings." There is a round tourbillon-style small constant running seconds register showing the small seconds wheel between 4 and 6 o'clock with a gold indicator hand and an extended opening from 8 to 6 o'clock. It has a blue perimeter rehaut with dart-shaped hour indices, rose gold feuille leaf-shaped hour and minute hands, and there is a 60-hour power reserve at full winding. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 12mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
