This is a stainless steel Seiko Prospex Diver 300m SLA019. It has a Seiko a stainless steel scratch resistant Diashield-coated bracelet with a ratchet wet suit divers function, an additional silicon strap, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. It includes a signed screw down winding crown at 4 o'clock, and it has 16,000 A/m magnetic resistance. It has a solid screw down case back engraved with "SEIKO – MADE IN JAPAN – LIMITED EDITION," a high-relief Prospex logo medallion, and an edition number. The 44.3mm diameter barrel-shaped solid two-body case, flat unidirectional rotating knurled cedar-green zirconia ceramic bezel with green-lume Arabic numerals to 60, and link bracelet, are polished. It includes a cedar-green dial (inspired by the green cedar trees on the island of Yakushima, one of Japan's favored diving sites) with LumiBrite gold-ringed applied luminous pip and rectangular hour indices. It has fat baton luminous hour and minute hands, and a gold center sweep second hand with twin luminous lollipop indicators and a needle tip. It's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet, it has a 50-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 15.4mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Seiko Prospex Diver 300m SLA019 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Seiko caliber 9S55 caliber (base caliber 8L35) movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 26 jewels, a shock absorber system, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, Seiko's MEMS Micro Electro -mechanical Systems, a Spron 610 hairspring, a Spron 530 mainspring, a hacking seconds device for precision time setting, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). The Seiko Prospex Diver SLA019 was introduced in the 2018, and it pays homage to the original 1968 version. It was produced in a limited edition of 1,968 examples.
