This is a stainless-steel Tudor 94300 Vintage Monte Carlo Chronograph 94300. It includes a stainless- steel “Big Block” case in excellent condition with the original bevels, on an integral stainless-steel 78360 Rolex bracelet with a clasp code “G” from 1982. There is an acrylic crystal, and it has a screw down protected signed triple-lock winding crown with a Rolex crown emblem, screw down round chronograph push buttons, and a solid screw down case back engraved with “ORIGINAL OYSTER CASE BY ROLEX GENEVA.” The 40mm diameter monobloc case, hooded lugs, bracelet, and flat circular bezel with an engraved black tachymeter scale to 500 UPH, are brushed/polished. The black dial has a perimeter black 60-minute scale with accent orange Arabic numerals every five minutes, hence the name “Monte Carlo,” representing a facsimile of a roulette wheel. It has faceted luminous rectangular baton hour and minute hands, an orange center sweep second hand, and faceted rectangular baton hour indices with luminous end-pips inside a white outer minute/second scale. There is a magnified cyclops quickset date aperture at 3 o’clock and it includes 3 circular black recessed subsidiary dials with white Arabic numerals and luminous indicator hands, including a large 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 6 o’clock, a 60-minute seconds counter at 9 o’clock, and there is a 30-minute chronograph counter at the 12 o’clock position. This Tudor 94300 Vintage Monte Carlo Chronograph 94300 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Valjoux 7750 chronograph movement. The case is 14mm thick. This watch was introduced in 1976, it was produced in 1982, and it’s known as the “Automatic Chrono-Time” model, as is printed on an arch over the 12-hour subsidiary dial.
