This is a stainless steel Vacheron Constantin Fifty-six day-date 4400E/000A-B437. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel deployment buckle with a Vacheron Maltese cross catch, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has correctors on both sides of the case band at 8 and 4 o'clock for adjusting the date function, and it includes a screw-down signed winding crown. There is a signed screw down exhibition sapphire display case back, engraved with "VACHERON & CONSTANTIN – SWISS MADE," hallmarks and a serial number. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and flat bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is silver opaline with a sunburst reserve, applied stainless steel Arabic numeral hour markers on the even hours, and luminous applied faceted baton indices on the odd hours, around a black perimeter railway-style minute/second scale with square white markers. It has pointed baton hands with luminous inserts, a steel center sweep second hand with an arrow shaped counterbalance, and there is an inner luminous white railway-style hour scale with black hour squares. It has twin recessed silver concentric circle guilloche subsidiary dials with black Arabic numerals and steel indicator hands, including a day wheel at 9 o'clock, and a radial date register is at 3 o'clock. There is a power reserve arch with a steel indicator hand at 6 o'clock. It has a 40-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 11.6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron Constantin Fifty-six day-date 4400E/000A-B437 has a mechanical automatic self-winding VC caliber 2475 SC/2 movement. It's rhodium plated with Cote de Geneve and fausses cote embellishment, and it has the hallmark of the seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 27 jewels, an anti-shock system, a straight-line lever escapement, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a full Vacheron Constantin Maltese cross on the skeletonized 21K gold rotor segment. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Vacheron Constantin Fifty-six day-date 4400E/000A-B437 was introduced in 2018.
