This is a stainless steel Vacheron Constantin Fifty-six Self-Winding 4600E/110A-B442. It has an stainless steel bracelet, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has correctors on both sides of the case band at 8 and 4 o'clock for adjusting the date function, and it includes a screw-down signed winding crown. There is a signed screw down exhibition sapphire display case back, engraved with "VACHERON & CONSTANTIN – SWISS MADE," hallmarks and a serial number. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and flat bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is silver opaline with applied stainless steel Arabic numeral hour markers on the even hours, and luminous applied faceted baton indices on the odd hours, around a black perimeter railway-style minute/second scale with square white markers. It has pointed baton hands with luminous inserts, a steel center sweep second hand with an arrow shaped counterbalance, and there is an inner luminous white railway-style hour scale with black hour squares. It has a 40-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 9.6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron Constantin Fifty-six day-date 4600E/110A-B442 has a mechanical automatic self-winding VC caliber 1326 movement. It's rhodium plated with Cote de Geneve and fausses cote embellishment, and it has the hallmark of the seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 25 jewels, an anti-shock system, a straight-line lever escapement, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a full Vacheron Constantin Maltese cross on the skeletonized 21K gold rotor segment.
