It has a rubber bracelet with a matching stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal and display back. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, octagonal bezel with 8 hexagonal screws, and integral drop lugs are brushed, with the beveled edges polished. The stainless steel and sapphire octagonal case back is also secured with 8 screws and engraved with "Royal Oak Offshore." It has a protected, black ceramic screw-down crown and black ceramic chronograph pushers. There is an internal, uni-directional black and orange aluminum rotating bezel located under the crystal. The black ceramic screw-down crown located on the case edge at the 10 o'clock position controls this graduated dive-time bezel. The orange dial has a mega-tapisserie "waffle" design texture, applied luminous white gold baton index hour markers, an outer minute/second track, and white gold baton hands with the hour hand faceted with 3 band of luminescent material to easily distinguish it from the minute hand. It has a center sweep seconds hand with a luminescent indicator circle. There is a running seconds register at the 3 o'clock position, a 30-minute totalizer at 9 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet. It has strong resistance to pressure, shock, and magnetic forces, with a power reserve of 50-hours at full wind. The 14.75mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It's constructed with 59 jewels and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, an anti-magnetic monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. There is a hacking seconds mechanism, and the movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz). The 22K gold rotor is engraved with monograms, and the bridge and other middle parts are decorated with Cotes de Geneve engraving, while the base plate is stipple finished.
