This is a stainless steel IWC GST Perpetual Calendar Chronograph, IW375615. It has an integral stainless steel bracelet, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 43mm diameter solid three-body case, curved bezel, downturned lugs and bracelet are polished/brushed. It has polished round chronograph pushbuttons and a solid screwed-down case back secured with 8 screws. The dial is black with applied silver baton hour indexes, luminous baton hands, an outer 1/5 second chronograph scale with Arabic numeral minute markers every five minutes, and an inner track with minute divisions. There is a 4-digit year indicator between the 7 and 8 o'clock positions that is accurate until 2499, and a subsidiary small seconds dial with the days of the week at 9 o'clock. A sub dial with the date is at 3 o'clock, and the 12-hour register with the month is at 6. The calendar functions advance with the winding crown. The moon phase and 30-minute indicator is at 12 o'clock. It's water resistant to 120 meters/400 feet, and the 16mm case, dial, and movement are all signed. The automatic self-winding Kurt Klaus IWC caliber 79261 movement is gilt brass. It's constructed with 39 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, an index regulator, and a hacking seconds mechanism.
