This is an 18K yellow gold Rolex Submariner Nipple Dial 16808. It has a black Cordovan leather strap with a tang buckle and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a Triplock screw down winding crown with a crown guard, and a solid screw down case back. The 40mm diameter solid sharp three-body case, straight lugs, and knurled graduated black unidirectional revolving bezel with gold Arabic numeral decompression times every 10 minutes to 60 (with a gold triangle and luminous pip at the 60), are polished and brushed. The dial is black with applied gold faceted baton, triangular, and round "nipple" hour indices, with luminous inserts. It has gold Rolex hands with uniformly aged luminous inserts, a gold "lollipop" center sweep seconds hand, and a gold minute/second scale around the perimeter. There is a quick set date aperture window underneath a cyclops magnification lens at the 3 o'clock position. It has a 50-hour power reserve at full winding, and it's water resistant to 300 meters/990 feet. The 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Rolex Submariner Nipple Dial 16808 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3035 movement. It's rhodium-plated, and it's constructed with 27 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, a shock absorber device, and a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring. It includes Microstella regulating screws, a hacking seconds device for precision time setting, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
